The herb Mullein has anti-inflammatory and expectorant action. It is beneficial for colds and flu. Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, 25 drops dissolved in 100 ml of water, taken 3 times a day.
Maximum daily dose:
Mullein 750 mg (75 drops).
Contents in 1 dose:
Mullein 250 mg (25 drops).
Composition:
1ml contains 1ml tincture 1: 5, equivalent to 200mg dried mullein.
